1. Who We Are

SunStar L.L.C. ("we", "us", "our") provides automation and operational support services for online marketplace and e commerce seller accounts.

Contact information that you provide to us (such as name, email address, phone number).
Account and order related information that you authorize us to access from supported marketplaces and e commerce platforms.
Technical information such as logs related to access, security events, and service performance.

To provide, operate, and support automation services for authorized seller accounts.
To process and monitor orders, shipments, inventory, pricing, and related account activities.
To contact you about service updates, security, or account issues.
To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud or misuse of our services.

Buyer PII, such as name, address, and phone number, is accessed only when explicitly authorized and only to support order fulfillment, delivery coordination, and account operations.
We use buyer PII only as necessary and do not sell or use it for unrelated marketing.
We do not intentionally store buyer PII longer than required for the specific operational purpose or applicable legal requirements.
Access to buyer PII is strictly limited to the single authorized operator account responsible for managing the services.

All access to integrated platforms uses secure protocols (such as HTTPS/TLS) to protect data in transit.
Any limited configuration or operational data that may be stored is kept on secured systems protected by authentication, access controls, and encryption where applicable.
Credentials and access tokens are stored separately from application code and are never shared publicly.

We maintain logs for security, troubleshooting, and audit purposes.
Logs are configured to avoid unnecessary inclusion of buyer PII. If any PII appears, it is used only for security review and removed as soon as it is no longer required.

We do not sell or rent personal information.
Information may be shared only with:
- Service providers that support hosting or security functions, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection safeguards.
- Authorities, if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We retain information only for as long as necessary to operate our services, fulfill legal or accounting obligations, or resolve disputes.
When information is no longer required, it is deleted or irreversibly anonymized using commercially reasonable measures.

We review and investigate any suspected unauthorized access or data exposure.
Impacted credentials are revoked or rotated, systems are secured, and relevant logs are analyzed.
If an incident involves personal information as defined by applicable rules of a platform or regulator, required notifications will be made within the applicable time frames.

You may contact us to ask about the information associated with your account, or request correction or removal where applicable.
If you revoke our access to your seller or platform account, we will stop accessing that information except where retention is required by law.
